Almost a perfect score - but mouse issues exist

However, the mouse and keyboard are linked together, which has been a drawback. I've encountered recurring issues with the mouse, and unfortunately, you can't replace one without replacing both. I've replaced the battery in the mouse multiple times, and still no change. The mouse repeatedly stops working and requires the battery to be removed and replaced in order to start working again. This is a terrible inconvenience.

What is this all about? why can't I just write my chapters and save them? why do I have to deal with popups that want me to get more space in the cloud!!
