    Marjan was excellent. Showed me all choices and explained the benefits of each. The transfer of items from my old computer was okay ~ not enough explanation of where to find my saved work which appears to be in misc. locations and some is missing. No help with the new version.

    This is the best desktop PC I've ever had. Highly recommend it. My $4,000 Surface Studio flamed out, so I was extremely pleased I could easily and quickly replace it for 1/3 the price.

    The screen is very nice. The only drawback is the cheap keyboard. Its almost comical. The computer itself is fine. No issues. But why in the world would they include a two dollar keyboard?

    Unable to use keyboard and mouse. Missing part I called store and they said I could come back and trade for new keyboard and mouse. Got to store and was told that was not the case. I have to go thru manufacturer to get my issue resolved. Very annoying.
