complicated- too big- poor function- poor storage- constantly "freezes"

we returned the computer after two weeks do too a very serious issues first the keyboard didn't respond next day the mouse didn't work and finally the screen went black. is nice looking computer but looks won't get the job done.

I spent hours at the store a month ago trying to get this computer set up., and it’s still not right.

Aftter three days I made a few teams and zoom calls and everyone was complaining about the volume and clarity of my microphone. I contacted HP support, they somehow deleted the microphone driver, had me spend 2-3 hours doing a reset, had me buy a USB drive and spend 6-7 hours doing a factory restore which failed 5 times and left me with a PC that no longer boots. Stay away from HP. Happy that Best Buy exchanged it for a Dell.

I’ve had it four months and it just crashed hard! I am a virtual teacher so I am screwed!! It won’t restart no matter what I try and there is no support from HP or Best Buy!

Keyboard defects. Skip value needs to press very hard to avoid it happening

Waited a week to get equipment installed. Best Buy cancelled my appointment without telling me and rescheduled me a week later. I needed equipment for business. Completely unacceptable. Returned my order and bought them somewhere else. Never use Best Buy again

screen was broken. called geek squad for help setting up no help at sent it back for full refund for everything

I think I got a lemon. Everything ran really slow. It would take a long time just to open a document folder. Ended up having to return it.

I've had this computer for about a week now, and it seems to be working great! It has a beautiful, big screen and doesn't make any noise.

Awesome all in one computer for a great price. Super easy to setup and transfer over data from my old laptop. Slim, sleek, nice that the webcam hides in the top of the screen you forget its there till you need it. the top of the base is a felt like material so its not like glossy materials that you are always cleaning the dust off. the screen it self is an off white with some grey specks in it. Screen adjusts up, down, tilts in, out but it does not rotate. Mine wasn't 100% level so I had to stick some paper up the base to achieve levelness with the screen. It's quick responsive and easy to use. Overall I love it and look forward to years with this computer and it not needed upgraded every year.

Great all-in-one desktop computer. Screen size is perfect for using multiple functions at once.

I have always bought HP and they are still my first choice

Love computer. It is everything I expected and more. I am in my 80s andf D it is easy to use.

Had the new computer for a few weeks and it is great. The sound wasn't working in my old one so it's great to be able to watch videos and have sound. So far things are great. The screen is huge which I love.

Good product. Installation was very satisfactory.
