Geek Squad did a wonderful job transferring my data from one computer to another. I needed to be working on my computer and told them how serious not having it means to my job and they speedily worked it in to get me access. My other computer just would not turn on.

The Geek Squad transfered my data but they did not complete all the Windows 11 updates and I had to spend 4 hrs on the phone with them till it was resolved because a main security update would not update. Also the computer has to restart itself in the middle of working & the Chrome browser keeps closing itself saying it encountered a problem. Windows 11 not very impressive so far

This computer does everything I need it to do. It is fast.

The full HD All-in-one touch screen package that I purchased is over the top the best great price the gentleman that helped me choose this was on point with every thing this computer offers I have always love all in ones because they are easy to setup and awesome performance the older one that I had was 6 years old and still in excellent condition it just couldn't download windows 11 so I had to go on the hunt and the geek squad is always there with excellent customer service info and instruction to help I have always bought my computers etc.... from best buy they have the best products, choices and prices around keep up the good work!!

Really enjoying this All-in-One. It's my second one. The last one lasted about 8 years. I changed because I had to change from Windows 10 to Windows 11 and the last one wasn't compatible with Windows 11.I was always passionate to have big screen to work on.

Recently purchased an HP All-in-One Desk Top Computer from Best Buy. The service was outstanding and the transfer of information, instructions, etc took very little time. It's the best computer that I have ever owned and was on sale for $ 280 less.

The system is more up to date that the previous system I owned for over 10 yrs. The reason it gets a 4 star is because the email is open to anyone on the bottom of the screen. There is no way to log it out. Everything else is perfect.

The computer works very good. It is a good computer. I recommend that computer to everyone. Thank you for your help. Picking the right computer for me. Keep doing a good job.

HP was always a good product, We had one before and it's still working but windows 11 didn't run on our old computer.

Computer is living up to my expectations & beyond. Lightweight touch-screen is a joy, and capacity makes this a "best buy" for me.

I plugged this in, set it up easily, grabbed all of my wife’s info from the OneDrive backup of her old laptop. She likes the fact that the camera is hidden away, and overall the machine runs well. I plugged in an external monitor without a problem, I like that it has lots of power for the future. It sits in a work area where she does not have too much desk space, so this works really well!
