Great perfect use does everything is supposed to do more

This is a very good computer. I continue to buy and now i have bought 2 in all. It works great

The computer is working great. But the mouse that was supplied with the comp did not seal tightly together in the front. I am not sure if that is what started my other problem just a week after purchasing it. That problem was that the carrot that is controlled by that mouse remained trapped in a circle in the right hand center of the screen. I had the geek squad try to fix it but the prob returned the following day. So I unplugged and took the comp back to geek squad at Southland Mall. They worked on it there and I also showed them the mouse that didn’t close properly. As far as the mouse was concerned he saw no problem with it not closing all the way and also said that he didn’t believe that it had anything to do with the problem that I was having. The following day I purchased a different mouse. And have had no problems since. But I have no idea what was causing the issue in the beginning.

The All-in-One is a sleek and stylish addition to my office, giving it a professional feel. However, the mouse and keyboard are linked together, which has been a drawback. I've encountered recurring issues with the mouse, and unfortunately, you can't replace one without replacing both. I've replaced the battery in the mouse multiple times, and still no change. The mouse repeatedly stops working and requires the battery to be removed and replaced in order to start working again. This is a terrible inconvenience.

Very happy with computer! Was easy to get going with this system and is clear even for a 79 year old in a couple of weeks.

I have used 5 HP desktops over at least 25 years and love its performance. The service provided by Best Buy was also excellent.

I’ve never owned a desktop before ao this was my first purchase. I love it, I think the size is perfect and the quality is amazing! I’m glad I got it for such a good deal!

Touchscreen, adjustable, SSD, integrated video, 16 Gb of memory, fast, Windows 11, wireless keyboard and mouse, and a stand that looks good--we love it! It was everything we were looking for. The price was high, but it was worth it.

I enjoy the features and the touch screen . The monitor is steady.

Easy to setup out of the box. Nice big touchscreen and responsive Bluetooth mouse and keyboard. Plenty of memory and no regrets. Camera is hidden well within the monitor, just pull it up to cut it on.

Really depends on the purpose for your purchase, but it is a solid desktop. Not for gaming or video editing, but traditional work and web use is perfect for this model.

This computer replaces my older ASUS all-in-one. The former was bulky and heavy. This one is lightweight, and the adjustable height makes it more user-friendly. The newer processor also makes log-on and downloads faster.

So far so good. The first two I bought had cracked screens when I got them home, but Best Buy made the exchange easy. Color is crisp and it serves my needs.

This PC is excellent, high memory, fast and reliable. No more tower.

Very good product and easy to use. Original Key Board quality was lacking but Best Buy did replace.
