This AIO PC was returned. I do not recommend purchasing from BestBuy. PC did not have a keyboard, Power supply or instructions or paperwork. After driving way out of the area to pickup this AIO computer, I discovered that it was missing the power supply, keyboard & documentation. I called to report the problem when I opened the box and was told to return it to original store. I asked if I could return it to a local BestBuy and was told yes. I dropped it off at a much closer BestBuy and was told they were only going to ship it back to the original store, and I would have to wait for the original store to "Inspect" the unit. Also, when I asked for a receipt from the store, where I dropped off the unit to be shipped back to the original store - THEY REFUSED. I was told all they were doing was shipping it back, and if I wanted a receipt, I could bring it to UPS and SHIP IT BACK MYSELF! (with attitude) . . . NICE!!! It took almost 3 weeks for the AIO to be returned back to store, "Inspected" & and my refund processed back to my account SO, LET's RECAP THE BESTBUY EXPERIENCE Product description online - F- Product packaging - F Customer Service Online - F Customer Service via Phone - F- Customer assistance at drop OFF BestBuy F- Refund policy & promptness - F- PS. I went online and found a much better price for this AIO PC, and didn't have to deal with BestBUYs incompetence. Oh, and I have been a loyal member of BESTBUY GeekSquad for Years! I am a very valued customer according to the emails that I get every couple of weeks. NOT! . . . and my GeekSquad membership will be cancelled.

I purchased this desktop because of the color and features. Right around the one year mark, it would not power on. I took it to Best Buy for repair. I then got a call a couple of weeks later and an email that they are unable to get the part required to fix it and that they would be giving me store credit. BEWARE if your looking for something that is built to last and keep in mind that if it needs to be repaired, youll have to send it off which takes weeks and theres a chance you wont be able to have it repaired at all due to parts. Other notes: the base of the stand is heavy but the actual stand and monitor are very wobbly. The casing of the computer is also thin cheap plastic. They just dont make things like they use to and sadly Best Buy doesnt have a huge selection to choose from.

The HP 27" has performed flawlessly so far. The screen is very clear and I do not need reading glasses anymore.

Excellent Monitor. Sharp, true colors, responsive. I am so happy with it.

So far I like everything except Microsoft’s control over everything or heavily steers you in that direction. I’m not technology savvy so there may be ways around this.

Great computer. Lightweight but heavy duty. So far so good.

So far so good! Every aspect was easy and smooth from start to finish. Only thing I felt was cheap was the keyboard and mouse.

The computre works well, and looks good. I can't give it five stars because it did NOT include a good instruction manual and the on-line manual is not very good either.

Great quality, price, value, great monitor. For those that like the All in One, its a great machine!

Works well. I would have preferred a different color however white was the only option.
