HORRIBLE!!! I bought this computer in April, 2025. It's now September 2025 and I've been having issues for the past week. I took it to a computer repairman, and he said there's nothing he can do because it was functioning when he had it plugged in. I'm SO unbelievably frustrated right now!!!!!!! Just a few issues are: screen freezing, mouse jumping around on the screen. When I open a page, it loads behind the page I'm looking at, but I can't bring it forward with the mouse. I have to use the touch screen to close windows.

I could never get this computer to download programs I was needing. In the past, I've not had issues with this brand so I'm not certain what the issue waa

This is probably by far the worst computer I've ever purchased. It is slow. Freezes up multiple times a day. Runs loud and sluggish. It's frustrating trying to work and if I calculated the time I have to sit and wait for it to respond I'm probably losing so much time every day.

The only bad thing with the computer is the color is not well calibrate is too much red color in some areas

Had to return for credit. Process in transferring data from my laptop to this new computer was a disaster. I was very unhappy and frustrated. The store manager assisted and heard my story. He was so kind and gracious. I have been with Best Buy for years. Will not deal with Geek Squad in Oxford, AL

Great sales staff assistance, but had to go to a different store to pick it up. Not so good on that end.

complicated- too big- poor function- poor storage- constantly "freezes"

Purchased TV on website and used pick up in store. Waited two days and App stated processing order. Went into the store and associate advised they have four TVs in stock. Due to store policy i have to cancel my order repay for a TV I requested to pick up in the store in the first place and wait for a week for a refund. Never Again be wary customers. Second time I’ve got burned with the app. Associates in store was awesome, but hands are tied by management decisions.

we returned the computer after two weeks do too a very serious issues first the keyboard didn't respond next day the mouse didn't work and finally the screen went black. is nice looking computer but looks won't get the job done.

I spent hours at the store a month ago trying to get this computer set up., and it’s still not right.

Aftter three days I made a few teams and zoom calls and everyone was complaining about the volume and clarity of my microphone. I contacted HP support, they somehow deleted the microphone driver, had me spend 2-3 hours doing a reset, had me buy a USB drive and spend 6-7 hours doing a factory restore which failed 5 times and left me with a PC that no longer boots. Stay away from HP. Happy that Best Buy exchanged it for a Dell.
