    It is to slow. And make to much Nosie when starting up. This is the wrong computer on the market. I would like a refund of some of the money I spent on this computer.

    I'm upset. I've called and called and nobody is responding to me. I'm going to see how I'm treated when I come to the store and see if I get results. Nothing has been resolved at all. I'm frustrated and stressed out

    I have issue whether this a new computer. There is whole list of favorites on hard drive that do not belong to us. I am in Florida but plan on taking back as soon as we get home March.

    Computer is fine, get a lot for the price. Overall feels super cheap though, camera is flimsy, keyboard and mouse are cheap and stiff, and monitor stand has weird felt on top and is super wobbly. Support not at all helpful.

    Bad hardware causes a return of brand new computer

    My computer came alright and I was pleased with how it looked, but unfortunately, it only worked for less than a month. One day when turned on, a message appears on screen saying that the computer was entering the automatic repair mode, and the screen was frozen. I could not use the mouse or the keyboard to do anything. It turns out that the hardware itself is defective and the computer needs to be returned.

    Not happy in Texas with HP computer

    We spent about $400 for the geek squad to come out and set this computer up and transfer from our old computer all the files. The following day we turned it on the keyboard would not work. We could not use this computer. We had to get the geek squad out again on your schedule. He was able to fix it, but we’re just wondering if what else is gonna happen to this thing I would not buy this computer go for something else we always had HP‘s but I would not recommend this computer to anybody.

    I bought this model new and it lasted 4 weeks. screen locked up and would not respond to mouse or keyboard. took it back to best buy where I go it from and computer person told me it was windows 11 problem, they got the exact same model new and same thing happened again. what a piece of junk. ended up costing me a lot off money

    I was disappointed that BB could not sell the first computer I wanted, they said it was priced to low to sell it for that. Very disappointed with the manager on duty. I would call him a shister!

    I never could get the keyboard to work on computer!!! Tried 3 different keyboards. No luck!!! Took the whole thing back for my refund. The still only refunded me $24 out of $179.99... I am Very disfigurement about this and I want be Buying anything from you guys again!!!

    I tried everything to fix it but the screen is too bright on lowest setting the monitor do not have controls to adjust the brightness or color.

    It's useless; you spend your money for a month and it already breaks down, it freezes, and then you take it to Best Buy and they tell you that the computer has many defects and they usually return it. I'm giving it one star because I have to; otherwise, I wouldn't give it even one star.

    Mother board went out and i had to argue for 1 hour with best buy to even exchange the computer. I had geek squad and total rewards. Only 60 days then you're all on your own. I only used the computer ac hand full of times

    I’ve had this computer set up for a week and it is now shutting down in reset mode every time I try to log in. I’m not sure if it is a windows problem or a hardware problem.

    Faulty Desktop advertise as excellent condition

    Best Buy sold a faulty desktop that doesn't reboot and claims that it is fully inspected.
