Nice computer,easy set up,quick and friendly pick up.

computer great .. however the windows update a nightmare. i had to call h p customer service spent 3 hours on phone with hem to get the windows update fixed computer was stuck on blue screen would not let me log into it eventually had to go to bit lock ( i think what is called ?) to fix a nightmare the windows update !

Great computer and excellent customer service. I HIGHLY recommend getting the extended warranty for $180. HP was having an issue, and the Geek Squad fixed the problem with no charge.

The sale man didnt give us the correct information on what we were entitel to 1 he said to total amout of 174 would cover the set of computer and the transfer on information,when the tech came he said it not true wehad to pay 169 out of our pockets and was told the diffrence would be reinburst, your saleman was so concer with sale,instead of giving us the correct informat, we were not happy at all

The system is very good! We love the speed of it and how easy it is to do things.

It's okay for a starting computer, Me I'm just learning the ins and outs of each function, Will take me a couple of months .
