    New computer had files transferred from old computer. Sadly, transfer did not include making sure new computer had latest software updates. Had to spend HOURS on phone to get operating programs working again. Then the old computer would not work due to system fault. Not a fan of Best Buy Geek Squad.

    The system is more up to date that the previous system I owned for over 10 yrs. The reason it gets a 4 star is because the email is open to anyone on the bottom of the screen. There is no way to log it out. Everything else is perfect.

    I was excited to upgrade my HP laptop to this for my business. I'm happy with the majority of it, not happy with the very slow start up, especially when it just goes to sleep. I turned off everything unnecessary and it still takes forever to get going. It also won't do my facial recognition and makes me do the pin.
