    The Geek Squad transfered my data but they did not complete all the Windows 11 updates and I had to spend 4 hrs on the phone with them till it was resolved because a main security update would not update. Also the computer has to restart itself in the middle of working & the Chrome browser keeps closing itself saying it encountered a problem. Windows 11 not very impressive so far

    I understand one takes a chance when purchasing an 'open box' item, especially electronics. However, with something this expensive I should be able to trust that it has been thoroughly checked for a smooth operation. This was the case. I had to hire a person for 3 hours to assist in making it operational.
