    Very happy with my purchase. Easy to set up and response time is much quicker than my old HP computer with an old windows operating system that expired. I like the large monitor and the keyboard operation is smooth. Purchased this over the Dell because it had more memory and was discounted with a sale price.

    The girl that helped us order this to the store specifically said we would be able to pick it up whenever we were able to come back for it (we are from out of town). Order got cancelled because it seems there was a time limit to pick it up and the guy who took care of us insisted we had multiple emails stating the time frame for pick up. Im sorry but i do not go through my email at all ever, much less if the employee that helped us stated we could pick up anytime, i really had no reason to be fishing out for best buy emails. Plus, they still had the product in store, but they wanted to charge us $300+ to re buy it because the price changed. I wouldve accepted the price change had i not already paid in full at the moment of ordering. The product was paid for already, and im sure you guys will have a nice revenue from charging me for the product, not letting me take it and then re selling it at a higher price to someone else in store. I don't think i will come back to you guys nor will i recommend your store again. You really were my golden standard. Cheers
