    Great computer however, no one knew that the dongle for the wireless keyboard and mouse is located inside the mouse. It isn't on any picture or manual. Having previously used Apple products I never knew to look inside the mouse. I was on several layers of tech support and no one could help. Finally called my sister to complain and she said "Did you open the mouse"? Problem solved!

    Was pretty good easy quick shipping. Downfall was asking them to transfer over all files from the old computer like you do your phones. Yeah supposedly it was done but not one file photo download etc. is found.

    Matthew did an excellent job helping me pick out the best computer for my needs. With all the upgrades I would need. Very thankful for Matthews help. The geek squad that a wonderful drive transferring all the data from the old computer to the new and Vincent at the helpdesk was very helpful, making sure everything was in working order. I especially want to think Vincent for his kindness and help.
