After one month of experiencing this monitor's abilities, I can honestly say the color reproduction, brightness level and adjustability are surprisingly good at this price tier. This monitor's refresh rate is very good, If you do not need lighting speed for all out gaming this is a great buy.

I’ve had iMacs for over 25 years. My newest can’t be upgraded any further, which is quite disappointing to be sure.
Acting on advice from a user on a forum, I decided to buy a Mac mini and some kind of monitor. While I am able to DO pretty much what I want to do on my computer and iPads, etc., I don’t know a lot about all the specs and what they mean, but after reading comments and such, I narrowed it down to this one. It seemed like a nice looking unit, and was even on sale! Came quick enough, connected easily.
Definitely not what I expected. Why is everything so BIG? Why can’t I have two application windows side-by-side without having to narrow them way up?
So I opened a support chat. No help, but they could connect me to PAID support? On an item I just bought??? Um, NO!!
I tried calling the phone number and was going to have to pay there, too!! Screw that!
Long story short, I was able to figure out the problem was simply the max resolution on this unit was too low. So now I know THAT. (Too soon old, too late smart)
With the assistance of someone at the store (I think - who can tell for sure any more) I was able to return this monitor and ordered a Samsung. Yep, cost more. Should’ve just bought a new iMac and been done because it’s better, but it's not great, either.

Picked up this item at about a 40% discount from MSRP. Nice big screen, excellent quality. Only down side is it has no speakers, but who uses those nowadays anyways

Nice for the reduced price. Spent $100 on new speakers, camera and microphone. Wish they would have come up under what other people have bought with this purchase. Went to Wal Mart after realizing there was no sound, etc.
