    Bought it open box that was supposed to be rated as excellent. The cable holder on the back was broken and the html and vga ports did not work. At least it was still under warranty and I received a new one yesterday.

    I’m an HP fan (HP laptops, monitors) for both work and personal, but this monitor was a disappointment. The clarity, the overall quality…I tried a Dell 27” monitor as well and preferred it to this one.

    The product is good, sales staff in the duluth mn store was very difficult to understand and failed to inform us about external speakers we needed...went to Wal-Mart purchased what we needed....if you have a problem or question you cannot call the store directly...you are transferred to India...very disappointing...will shop other places next purchase.

    The monitors are great but it was a hassle finding the right cords to connect to my docking station. Please include all cables when shipping monitors.

    It is fine, can’t say anything bad about it. Had a little trouble getting it setup and called HP Tech support and they were no help. Went to see Geek Squad at Best Buy And they talk me though by loading it on my laptop and docking station and then it worked. The first HP monitor I bought had a broken on/ off switch, 27 inch worked fine.
