Think twice about HP and BB
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After about 6 months I found a line going down the middle of the screen. It soon became a prism extending sideways. Spent a 1/2 hour with tech on the phone, another at the store, and then told I had to deal with HP direct. Did 1/2 hour with them and was told it was a "damage problem" and not a warranty service. Think twice about HP and BB
