Q: Does an HPM 27H have built-in speakers?
A: NO. I wanted built-in speakers, too. I had to buy plug in speakers. You can also get Bluetooth wireless speakers if you prefer not to be connected by a 'leash'. There was another off-brand model with built in speakers, but I prefer to go with name brand. I gave up the built-in speakers for the name and reputation of manufacturer.
Q: Can I connect a Macbook Pro laptop to this Monitor?
A: Yes, I'm using a macbook pro laptop with 2 monitors setup.
Q: Is this monitor touch screen? What year did this model release?
A: Thank you for the question. The HP M27h monitor is not a touch display. It was introduced in 2023.
Q: Can this monitor be fully turned vertically?
A: Thank you for the question. The stand does not rotate, and there is no VESA mount compatibility. However, there is a 178-degree vertical viewing angle if you are able to find a stand or mounting system to use the monitor in a vertical orientation.
A: Hello. Thanks for your question. Pages 8-9 of the User Guide show you how to adjust the height. Page 13 shows you how to tilt the monitor. You can download the User Guide from under the Manuals tab on this webpage: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-m27h-fhd-monitor/2101519513/manuals
Q: Can this monitor be mounted?
A: Unfortunately, it doesn't have the necessary VESA mounting points on the back.
A: There's no way to tell with the information provided. It's going to depend on the video system on the laptop if it can drive three monitors (the one in the laptop plus two external monitors). Your best option is to contact Dell directly and ask if it can drive all three monitors. If it can, then an HDMI splitter should work for the two external monitors
A: The monitor does have an HDMI input on the back, so there shouldn't be an problem.
