Easy to use, doesn’t take too much space and affordable!

Excellent. Love the size, the picture, everything about it. I also am very very pleased with the Geek Squad for coming in and setting everything up for me, as I am 80 years old. My Tech was Patrick Mulhern. He was excellent and very patient with all my questions. Will recommend everyone sign up for Geek Squad.

Good technology and speed with this computer. Very easy to use.

The PC is working fine and so far, I have been very helpful to me. I am still getting used to the new PC and I'm expecting to be able to learn more of the things I will be able to do. My biggest issue is with Best Buy, why does Best Buy not give a "Military Discount" to active duty and veterans?? This will affect my future purchases.

I really like this computer and the price was great! It is very fast not only during startup, but also when carrying out various tasks. I purchased it to replace an old HP Slimline desktop computer, and this model not only has a smaller footprint, but is so much faster and much better at multitasking! The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the graphics are pretty basic. If they had given it 4K graphics I most certainly would have given it 10 stars!

The computer is great. It was easy to set up. The 27inch screen is fabulous. Very bright. Starts up quickly. Love the larger size of keys on keyboard because my eyes are not that great anymore. So far, so good.

I needed a pick up a reliable and powerful computer for my work from home set up. After speaking with a Best Buy rep and looking at multiple set ups, this was the best choice for my needs and I couldn’t be happier. The keyboard and mouse are smooth and the picture quality is phenomenal.

Great computer, easy to set up and get running. Awesome display screen. It is much faster than our old computer and works great for simple word documents, internet surfing and running multiple applications at once. Not a gamer so I’m not sure how it would do with games

She did a great job of laying out all of the options, suggesting options for better prices to save me money, and explaining the service plan all without feeling like she was trying to sell me something.
