Love this computer. Have had it for about a year and so far so good. Not a fan of Best Buy support, they screwed some things up during set up, but happy with computer itself. Really glad I when up in screen size, totally worth it !

Received this as a gift . love the touch screen . It does everything I expect from a home computer. Great value.

I have had this PC for about a month. I love everything about it. It is so easy to use. I have no trouble finding what I need. I am not a computer expert, so I do need easy. And what I can't figure out, I can easily find help to instruct me by clicking on help. This computer can do more than I will ever need to do.

This is the perfect computer if you want really good value for reasonable price. It's super fast, the AMD Ryzen 7 and 12GB memory makes it perfect if you do a bunch of work on your computer every day and just need really good speed. It's aesthetic and looks pretty too!

I love my HP desktop. The screen is large enough to watch movies. It’s so convenient having a cordless keyboard and mouse. I haven’t had to change the batteries yet, but when I do, I’ll be ready. I have my AAA batteries.

Not very easy to use, easy to set up and transfer. Very fast processor, graphics jump out to you!

I found that the sales representatives were helpful and sincere. They both guided me to a good computer. The sales process was good and helpful such as loading my new computer into my car. I got a service/warranty which gave me a since of security for something complex. I like the some-what large monitor/screen since I do film/photography. It brings the picture to life for me. It goes to sleep when I' am finished working on it.

This is my first all-in-one computer and I'm loving it so far. It's nice to have everything on my desk and not have to worry about a bunch of extra wires. The touch screen is very spacious and I love typing on the keyboard that comes with it.

This All-In-One is the Bomb!! I have an older All-In-One and and was hesitant about purchasing another. This HP-AMD Ryzen is beautiful. The keyboard which comes with it is so comfortable along with the mouse. You can't go wrong with this beautiful All-In-One. Highly Recommend!

My kids needed a PC to do their homework and online courses, so I went to my local Best Buy and came across this beauty. After gathering a bit more information I was able to make an informed decision and decided to take it home. It’s been great.

I very much enjoy my new all in one HP desktop computer with Windows 11. I was afraid I’d be way behind the learning curve, as I’d had my previous computer a long time. However, I found it easy to adapt to any changes, and am enjoying how smoothly it works.

Fast and a large screen. It boots quickly and nice graphics. Also love the wireless mouse and keyboard. If only they would make them with cd/dvd drives, it would have been perfect for me

I have been sticking with HP AIO, touch-screen desktop computers, and I am please with this new HP 27". Its sleek design looks great on my desk. I usually set up my own computers, but because I have TotalTech, I let the tech unbox this new one (it is heavy) and set it up. He was great. Took him a while to do the setup, which is understandable. I'm sure he was much faster than I would have been. It is fast, and there was no learning curve. I am finding the smaller keyboard takes my fingers some time to adapt to and I have small hands.

This is just the right computer for my wife. The all-in-one has the small profile meaning it takes less space, uses less wires - very simple. But the large screen and beautiful display are perfect. Excellent choice for what she needs.

Absolutely love my computer. Screen size is nice and big to the point that I don't have to wear glasses to read it. Touch screen is extremely convenient.

It looks so sleek! Its super easy ti setup! No bulky tower. Runs fast and the touchscreen is fantastic! Wish I could use it as a monitor for my work laptop but apparently thats not possible. Otherwise, very happy with my purchase!

It is a very decent computer! It has a sharp screen. It's plenty fast too. The only real glitch is the mouse sometimes gives me issues even it is fully charged, I bought external speakers as mine were wearing out. Logitech $70 Z333 model. Decent, although lacking some deep base in the subwoofer. Overall a good computer as long as I don't have issues with it.

I love this computer. I have never owned a desktop. always a laptop but I purchased this for school, and it is so user friendly. The touchscreen is such a cool feature and I like that the camera can be hidden when not in use.
