Great price. Was given as a Christmas gift. We still need to have the Geek Squad install and get it running

This is a great computer. It's stylish, highly functional and super fast. I love the touch screen and appreciate its size and clarity. I would highly recommend this product to anyone.

I am very disappointed. This computer does not have a cd player/burner and it doesn.t have a place for me to load a card and unload pictures from my camera. It also doesn't have a place to hook up my sound bar. The person that sold this to me told me it was just like my HP Pavillion except it was white, It's not. I didn't want white but it saved me a couple hundred dollars

I was excited about this but am returning it unopened. July 28 of last year I bought a gift cert. for Total Tech Support and have been trying to get it activated ever sense. To no avail. So the value of this AI1 is not good considering I have no support. For what I paid I am sure I can find someone to build one or go to the company to have a similar one built. The ethics of selling a membership online then not honoring it cannot equal a happy purchase.

Good computer for the price does everything I need love that it is touch screen easy set up.

It only lasted 3 years not long enough and not even heavy use

The first week I had the computer it had problems 2 times and I needed the Geek squad to fix it.

I am super happy with this computer. I had initially purchased the 24" but was not a big enough screen for me. This one is the perfect size. It's also super fast at start up, which is great for an impatient person like myself, and powerful. Love it!

I love my new computer - I love that Chrstopher came and set it all up for me with no problems!!!! He's been here multiple times and his personality with his friendliness is a tribute to Best Buy. He is the best and we love him!!!

Not happy with the way this computer was set up b the Geek Squad

It’s a good computer for regular daily use and work.

This is my second all in one Hp. The first one I purchased over 9 years ago . Finally the hard drive went so I had a new hard drive installed and purchased another new model with windows 11 Love the computing great value for the money

New product, very easy to use, stil learning using allsoftware and pages.

The computer itself is great, but I am very disappointed in the keyboard. I have never used the numbers on the right side of the keyboard and have instead locked out the numbers and used the up and down arrows and left and right arrows to move the cursor in place of the numbers. I am going to have to purchase a new keyboard because of this.

The clearest screen. I like the clear and concise menu that saves time in exploring. The product seems on the cutting edge of our schools needs for class use. We want to buy an external hard drive to supplement our best buy.

Love everything about my new computer. The only thing that I would change: the letters, numbers on the keyboard are very had to make out in the light grey. It would be better if the letters, etc. were in black.

WE needed a new computer and fast. This was a all in one and it has been great. Fit perfectly in a small space area and we actually have leg room underneath the desk instead of having a huge CPU in hide.

It turns off and it's time to turn it back on A few times a month

it is good, should have gotten then intel processor.

I haven't had a new computer for over 10 years. I walked into Best Buy and saw this one and fell in LOVE. Got it for a christmas present and I have been in love since I got it. Great computer!!!
