HARD FOR ME TO GET USE TO THE LATEST SOFTWARE BUT IT RUNS EXTEREMLY FAST

Horrible pc - within a week the mouse started to act up, the left button continued to stick. Then 3 weeks later the speakers went out. They are completely distorted. I called Best Buy and they will not service the warranty since we are past the 14 days since purchase. Called HP and they keep giving the ring around and want to charge me $40 for them to send me a usb to troubleshoot the device. I do NOT recommend buying an All-In-One HP computer from HP nor Best Buy. The pc is awful and the customer service is even worse.

I love my desktop computer it does so much. But the only thing I want to know is. Does it have a built-in printer and fax? It's not how do I know which to get for this desktop? Please help

Best buy told me they no longer selling this computer desktop and they NO longer have Extra Accessories for it like the computer wire to connect it . Im so Angry !! Where can i get the wire to plug it ?????

Smooth process from start to end. Very helpful in the store with agent and then installer / set up was very informative and everything went well. Computer works great

I bought this for my son who is attending college and he loves it. The camera pop- up feature is a plus. I'm looking to buy another one for my middle school child also.

Purchased in August, began BSOD in October. Have dealt with HP support on the phone many times between October and December including a complete reinstall of the OS. Still blue screening. Took it to Best Buy for repair in December, still blue screening. Now Best Buy is saying I don't have their Best Buy Support so they won't even look at it unless I purchase that at $180. This PC has NEVER worked right and has serious issues, but HP nor Best Buy will stand behind their product. Will try one more time today to talk to manager to make this right but not holding out hope!

When I receive this the keyboard the number S would not work so I called and called HPL each piece help me out a whole new keyboard and mouse add the president works very good my only problem is I worked with Apple iPads for so many years and now I have to go back and relrn the Microsoft windows

I love it. It doesn't have a cd player but most things are electronically downloaded anyways. I've had it for a few months and the crisp clear images are amazing.

What a great computer at a excellent price. After the purchased I was taken given great instruction on how and what to do with this all in one computer.

Excellent. My family loves it. Does all the things like playing games and homework, etc. No problem so far.

This is definitely the slowest computer I've ever owned. I search daily for changes that will speed this up to no avail. I have unfortunately passed the return day.

My daughter got this for your College online school classes and loves it. Screen size is amazing as well as the cordless mouse and keyboard.

I like the PC, but there is a problem with the touch screen in the left corner, it starts blinking like a bubble and the mouse stop working all together.

Fills all of my requirements with ease. Easy set upby the Geek Squad with the transfer of my files from my old lap top. Love the screen.
