Works great for what I need. I love having the ease of all-in-one computers. Keeps multiple tabs open and plays light gaming well. The fans do get loud sometimes, but that's the only downside so far.

Large screen, clear display, modern look. I use it for zoom hearings in my conference room and it suits my purpose well.

I just picked this up today and I must say there are definitely pros and cons to this all-in-one. Replacing a 12 year old iMac. This PC would suffice for a single logged in user for basic Office / Business use such as Word, basic Excel spreadsheets, email and Web browsing. There are 4 things to beware of with this PC: 1) The case, keyboard, and mouse feel like cheap plastic. 2) Although the PC has a Ryzen 7 CPU it is a Laptop CPU, not a desktop CPU. The Passmark is 15856, and the cores run at a slower 1.8GHz with a 4.3GHz turbo speed. This will save power, but may have degraded performance overall VS a modern desktop CPU. 3) The built in camera is poor. Lots of static in the image. Probably requires a very brightly lit room to perform well. 4) The system fan is quite loud at times. It should be possible to upgrade the memory, but it looks like the disassembly may be challenging. Not sure if I will keep this PC or not. Have an extended return period on this.

This is a good computer overall. If you are looking for something you can take out of the box, plug in and be all set than this is for you for sure. I had some trouble with it loading slow at first and then it didn't want to load at all and within a couple of months of purchasing it wouldn't turn on at all. That said, HP was awesome. They sent me a box to ship it in with paid postage, fixed it and had it back to me in less than 2 weeks, completely fixed and running faster than it ever did and 100% free of charge including shipping.

I love how my 27" HP touch screen work. With the touch screen, the most minimal touch to an app will open it. No need of using the mouse much. The keyboard is so elegant.
