We are very happy with our purchase of this HP 27 inch computer. It has a beautiful display and a fast processor. We are glad we decided to go with this computer as an update to our previous laptop that began to slow down. It was also delivered promptly and with no issues.

I love it. The large screen and clarity has helped me with seeing all I need to see and be able to keep all things on the screen. I like the set up with the icons and the ease of bringing certain things up as I work. I really appreciate all that I am able to on this computer.

I had to buy a new computer because my old computer would not support Windows 11, This HP-27" Touch-Screen All-in-One seemed to be the best option for me to get the same programs I had with Windows 10.

Overall the computer is great, set up was easy hardware wise as well as software. Very sleek looking. The only con is the stand where is connected to the back of the computer feels a bit unsturdy. It holds it and the up and down on the stand is a nice feature but it's a little wobbly and makes me nervous when adjusting the height or opening the Webcam at the top.

Very easy to set up and start working, Big clear screen is nice.

I love this computer. I love it is all in one. The screen is so big. It saves room with all in one. It is so easy to set it up. The price was great. I would say buy it you will not regret it.

This is a great desktop computer. I moved from Apple over to HP because of affodability and wasn't disapointed in this purchase. I recommend this computer to anyone wanting to make the switch. I am a part time graphic designer running heavy graphics programs without issue.

I am very happy with my new 27'' touch screen all in one. I had an all in one before but it never had the feature this one has. I can stand up and still be able to work and see the screen. Picture is very clear it also is much faster than the one I had before. I highly recommend this computer you cannot go wrong, beside it is a HP

Works very well and fast. Have had it for several weeks and I am very satisfied. Geek squad set up and support were as usual excellent. I had a HP desktop before and had good almost 12 years service so decided go HP again with larger desktop. You do not go wrong with HP.

This all-in-one computer works for us. We've had this computer a little over a month and so far, we've had no issues. We like the adjustable height, and the screen seems a bit larger than our previous computer.

The setup was easy and quick. Screen clarity is good, processing speed is good, and touch screen responds well. Very happy with this computer.

This computer fits my needs. I use it for at home files, spreadsheets, docs, and more. It is a great size and so easy to use. I make tons of spreadsheets as an independent contractor so it is a good fit for me. I do recommend this computer.

I got it as a gift and I absolutely love it. The set up was easy, which is great. The color Is beautiful and it’s a good screen size I just love it

Loved the automatic turn on and off feature. This was a surprise. Least liked that there was no direction booklet coming with it. I had someone set it up for me, but I like to read this for myself..gives a more thorough knowledge on little things in computer that you might not have.

This is an exciting very easy to use CPU, I really enjoy the new clarity of the screen and the quick responses as I maneuver my searches and conduct business. I know now this is the best choice, and this is also my upgrade from my old Windows 10. Thanks again to the Best Buy personell which gave me the information needed to complete the purchase. LB

There’s a definite learning curve when you get a new computer! This one is no exception. I’ve lost several items due to its quick action! I love it, though! Sleek, large screen and got it on sale! What more can I ask for?

I love this computer. Huge screen. Fast. Definitely worth the money

I love my new computer, however I am experiencing serious issues with many of my files. I believe this is due to the transition to Windows 11 and not the computer. My one complaint about the computer is that I am old and it comes with no instructions about the changes for the Dell Inspiron I had. Help is not very helpful -- it refers me to a chat with others that have similar issues many of which do not match mine. I also often do not understand the terminology in the instructions and suggestions are often not identical to what is directed. I am very good at creating documents, but not good at all about the technology related to the equipment. I always have a home visit from the Geek Squad when I get new equipment installed or have serious issue. I have also used the remote help. I am not a fan of that. Many of those technicians are difficult to understand, poor communicators and very impatient. On three occasions the remote techs have taken control of my computer and made mistakes which I have to then arrange for an in-home visit by a Geek Squad tech to resolve the issue.
