Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.have only had it for 30days and just installed the 365 suite with all document apps. so far machine is quick and easy to operate. set-up was easy, it found my wireless signal with no problems and the installed McAfee antivirus seems to work ok, but I already paid for a different application.

I still have a 12 year old 27 inch HP that is still working, but is past its prime!!! The new HP is worth every penny!!! No tricks, no gimmicks and no nonsense… a work horse worth every penny

Better Than I Hoped For

It's ease of operation, speed and power are perfect for older customers such as ourselves. I still use the wireless mouse on occasion but am really getting comfortable with the touch screen features.

Takes less space in our home office with the all in one built in the screen. Makes for a neater office space. We love it! Great price

Some screen and keyboard issues.

I have to check each sentence to make sure the letters are shown on the screen. You tap the keys and often the letters do not show up. (My old HP laptop had better keys but after 12 years, the keys wore out). Also, one of the USB ports does not seem to work. And the screen sometimes goes dark for a few seconds and then comes back up.

The features are all that it requires and I love, love, love the touchscreen. The representative was knowledgeable, nice and very helpful. There was no damage to the package when it arrived and the delivery was on time. Very pleased with this product and Highly recommend it!

I did receive a lot of quality customer service at the time of purchase.... and since then.... I have had to return the 1st All in One due to the stand was broken....replaced that one and got another one.... I'm praying all documentation and pics are transferred over but it seems that pics are in documents and I don't understand that.. I do wish someone would return call if you leave a message. That has not happened after leaving 2 messages... Therefore I had to go in and ask whatever it was.
