Needed to replace a computer with Windows 10 that could not be updated to Windows 11. Very happy with my choice. It is a newer version of my old computer but more powerful. The picture quality is awesome. Crisp and sharp picture. Set up was fairly easy with one exception. The paper intended as th quick set up guide did not explain that the mini connection needed to wirelessly connect the keyboard and mouse was inside the mouse. The guide should make it clear that it needed to be removed from inside the mouse and placed into one of the computer USB slots.

Size of screen and Touch Function are great. But the system itself is slow to start up. It takes about 5 minutes or more to complete a boot up due to processes running in the background. And even after bootup, every time you come back to the computer after taking a break and the system logs you back in it takes almost 5 minutes again to bring the system back to full life. Unless you run task manager immediately and it for some reason perks right up.

A lot bigger than I thought once I got it home. But I'm enjoying the size, color and the multiple functions that come with it.

The computer is wonderful. The salesmen was fine however, the process of copying the data from our laptop to the all in one did not go as expected . The geek squad member we dropped our lap top off with was a bit rude and the one that returned it to us had no intention of helping us activate our info once transferred. Although I figured it out it was not what we were told would happen when we paid extra $200. Also when we picked up our new computer the person at the desk demanded identification which we didn’t have with us requiring us to find the salesman to verify us. I even had the sales receipt on my phone and when I tried to show it to him he refused to even look at it.

Working from home, we need all the comforts and support just as if we're in the office setting, and this did the trick. The right price for a great product. THANKS.

Best one I've owned yet, it's very fast and easy to use. I really like the big screen and the easy up and down movement. Good quality computer.

The HP - 27" Touch-Screen All-in-one AMD Ryzen7 - 16GB Memory- 1TB SSD - Jet Black is excellent for me. Amazed at how fast it responds. I admit I'm comparing it to my 10 year old HP All-in-one using Windows-7, which served me very well. Google could not do updates so I got a new PC with Windows-11. I'm not a PC whiz and don't do gaming or much online activity. Mainly banking, E-mail and internet searches so this PC really does a great job for me. Should have upgraded sooner.

So far everything is great, much faster than our old computer, easy to use and everything is much easier to see. The Geek Squad did a great job in getting all our info on to the new compute and helping us install the new office 365, Thanks

Love my new/ used computer. It is an amazing touch screen all in one computer I would have paid over 1,000 but i bought it used but it was inspected by the Squad and worked after a few kinks.

I'm very satisfied with my purchase of the HP All-In-One computer. One thing I overlooked however was the fact that this computer has no card slot for my camera pictures and videos. Otherwise, everything is OK. Quite fast.

Exactly what I wanted. Streamlined into one piece of equipment. Love the ability to go touch screen, wireless or wired keyboard/mouse.

Started right up out of the box. Had to make just a few changes. Like any new change to software, it takes a little while to find everything as they like to move things around. Excellent screen - don't need my glasses most of time. Speed is great but I don't do a lot of games. Was a great buy.

I like the big screen and the fast speed but so far, I like windows 10 better.
