We love the new computer, It's so much faster than the old one, and with a bigger screen it is so much easier to read. Our old computer was almost 20 years old. A real upgrade.

My wife said, "It's about time" when I made this purchase. I'm glad I did. I brought is computer during a Memorial Day sale for a fabulous price. The sales person was very knowledgeable. The set up was easy. I did have to learn the new features of Windows 11 transitioning from an older version. I really like the large screen, and my wife likes fewer cords being on the floor with this Alll In One model. This processor is really fast too. Maybe it's about time you upgraded too.

Love the large screen and hardly any cords - easy to use even with the update to Windows 11. Not sure about mouse tho- seems to turn off alot, even on a mouse pad. ?? All in all tho, happy with purchase.

Awesome all-in-one PC, very fast and with an incredible design.

All in one worked Great for me. It gave me flexibility with my workspace. The idea that I can move it from place to place because of the wi-fi capability is a plus. It was perfect for my needs.

Good for everyday use. The screen is nice and bright. But not powerful enough for anything too serious. The screen is big but not too thick considering it is the complete computer.

Bought 2 of these for our fire department. Quick startup, easy to setup, sleek look and small footprint for small workstation areas. Great buy!

The computer is everything we were looking for. It compact and works perfectly. The assistance with the change over was excellent.

Easy to set up and use. I love the size! Perfect for my use as an instructor.

My old computer was so slow that I suppose anything was any improvement but it is really nice to have a fast, clear screen and love the size and the set up from the Best Buy agents.

Overall performance is good. Speed is satisfactory. Mouse drifts when first starting up and takes several minutes to work properly. Not sure why this occurs. I am happy with the overall product as well as what I paid for it

Very happy so far. Love the large screen. Much faster than 8-year-old computer. The HP Smart Tank Plus works very well too.

The HP - 27" Touch-Screen All-in-one AMD Ryzen7 - 16GB Memory- 1TB SSD - Jet Black is excellent for me. Amazed at how fast it responds. I admit I'm comparing it to my 10 year old HP All-in-one using Windows-7, which served me very well. Google could not do updates so I got a new PC with Windows-11. I'm not a PC whiz and don't do gaming or much online activity. Mainly banking, E-mail and internet searches so this PC really does a great job for me. Should have upgraded sooner.

Replaced an eight year old all-in-one. The new all-in-one has been a positive experience. It is much faster booting up and accessing programs and data. It has a larger screen which I like much better. It has fewer USB port that I have to increase. But I like the new HP all-in-one much better. It was also in stock at Best Buy so no ordering was required.

I live how easy it is to use. Also, that its without a large modem, how everything is built in the computer.
