Loved the automatic turn on and off feature. This was a surprise. Least liked that there was no direction booklet coming with it. I had someone set it up for me, but I like to read this for myself..gives a more thorough knowledge on little things in computer that you might not have.

This all-in-one computer works for us. We've had this computer a little over a month and so far, we've had no issues. We like the adjustable height, and the screen seems a bit larger than our previous computer.

love my brand new all in one touch screen, very happy with my purchase. The help I received at best buy was fantastic, I went to my local best buy and did not have the greatest customer service so drove to San Bernardino location, and unfortunately, I forgot the young man's name, but he was very helpful. Very knowledgeable and fast to check me out. Overall love my Hp All in One Touchscreen definitely recommend!

The HP- 27" touch screen all in one is just what I needed. I wanted a larger screen and better keyboard than laptops provide. My one complaint is that Best Buy wanted me to purchase a virus software, when there was already one preload on the system.

Good graphics and was easy to set up. Does not take up a lit of space.

I have been working with Robby, Freddy, Owen, Sina, Forest and Ashley these last few weeks on my new PC. All the above were amazingly helpful, knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. My PC was delivered by OnTrac on Tuesday as promised. And Joseph did the home installation/set up and data transfer which went smoothly as well. I expected it to take several hours but he completed everything much faster. Highest praise for everyone at Best Buy/Geek Squad. As always I enjoy letting Management know when their employees do a Superior job!!! Take care, Cathy

This is great. The touch screen is the best. I love this new all in one computer. Screen is large and bright. Easy to set up. Doesn't take very long.

Love my new computer. But, I am having problems with the wireless keyboard sometimes it does not work and I have to restart my computer for it to work.

Love the large screen and hardly any cords - easy to use even with the update to Windows 11. Not sure about mouse tho- seems to turn off alot, even on a mouse pad. ?? All in all tho, happy with purchase.

Even though the desktop didn't last long Best buy refunded the total purchase amount which is why I purchased another computer with a store credit which I have not used

I am very pleased with the reliability and functions within this AOI computer. The touch screen is effective and fun! I work long hours from home using Zoom and other platforms for therapy sessions. It is very user friendly and I am very satisfied with my purchase.

I had to upgrade my AIO Hp to get Windows 11 computer. I loved my older all in one HP. It was nice and heavy and very easy to turn on the keyboard was fantastic. However, with this HP, it seems to be all recycled, very lightweight. The keyboard is awful- it sticks, and is very slow to respond. The most frustrating part is the power button -even when I can tell it is asleep and the light is blinking, pressing, and holding the button for a few seconds does not turn it on the monitor. I wind up having to turn the whole thing off and then turn it back on.
