This was a replacement All-IN-One computer to replace a similar "AIO" that was stolen in a robbery, It has proven equally as reliable, easy to set up, and easy to reinstall all my software, A neat, easy to see screen andfunctions great!

It’s a nice piece of equipment, use it a lot. Highly recommended.

Very easy to use,, it really listens to what you say. I can't remember if it was AI or co-pilot but it kept saying things asking me if I wanted to do this. I had enough and i SAID i WISH YOU WOULD leave me alone. It said ok but if you need me I am here. End of problem

Overall, the computer was great looking and was exactly what I wanted BUT after only having it for 3 weeks, we kept experiencing it freezing up when doing basic website browsing with maybe 2-3 tabs open. We purchased as an open box- excellent condition. It would completely freeze to the point where it had to be restarted, was not sure if it was a hardware or software issue. Took back to BB and since we exceeded the 14 days (my husband was in the hospital for 13 days having surgery) we ran into some issues. The store manager was great and helped us get it fixed and we were able to return it for store credit. I am trying again with another open box, hopefully the next one will work out better.

I purchased this computer a few weeks ago - I had an earlier version of this HP All-In-One with a 24" screen which I was very happy with. HP is the only brand I have owned, and I feel confident continuing with this brand. Security is the main reason for purchasing a newer machine. I feel there is more security within this newer version which is extremely important now, and, of course, there are new features as well. Since I have only had this machine for a few weeks, there is still a lot for me to learn. I can always count on the tech staff at Best Buy and My Best Buy Total Yearly Membership.

The computer was super easy to set up and I'm really enjoying the touch screen feature.

have only had it for 30days and just installed the 365 suite with all document apps. so far machine is quick and easy to operate. set-up was easy, it found my wireless signal with no problems and the installed McAfee antivirus seems to work ok, but I already paid for a different application.

Wanted a more compact pc. Works well for intended use.. keeping up with expenditures, videos and web.

Love my new/ used computer. It is an amazing touch screen all in one computer I would have paid over 1,000 but i bought it used but it was inspected by the Squad and worked after a few kinks.

Our old computer grew sluggish and stoggy , so we decided to try this one . Great deal and easy terms . And this computer does things we couldn't have concieved of ! Tech marches on and we got ahold of some . Wonderful!

This is one of the best All-In-One Computers I have ever had. Super easy to use. I love that I can adjust the screen to move it up or down. It's also a touch screen, nice feature. Lots of memory to store all my favorite pictures & videos. I definitely will buy this brand again!

I’m impressed by how unique and simple this unit is to use and get around with! I still have a 12 year old 27 inch HP that is still working, but is past its prime!!! The new HP is worth every penny!!! No tricks, no gimmicks and no nonsense… a work horse worth every penny
