Really pleased with my new computer, larger is better.

Good product, bought at Best Buy, all in one computer.

bought as a gift for my dad who was using a 20 year old computer. He loves it, doesnt have to squint at a 15 inch screen anymore. Has all the power he needs for facebook, emails, and security cameras.

My current computer was taken off my desk by the dog so I needed something quick and this ended up working out great and it was easy to convert from the old computer.

The computer is great! The speed is terrific and the colours are bright and the images are clear and crisp. Fits well in my small space.

We love our new HP computer. Had really good help while we were at Best Buy. We asked a lot of questions because we are not very computer literate. We tried looking at a few different models based on what we do, how much we use it and what different things we wanted for features. The touch screen is nice to have. We like the bigger screen for visibility and the color/graphics are super nice, especially compared to a laptop.

Worth the price, fast and responsive on different sites with sound and picture first class. Still learning windows eleven after twenty years using windows ten.

Overall the computer is great, set up was easy hardware wise as well as software. Very sleek looking. The only con is the stand where is connected to the back of the computer feels a bit unsturdy. It holds it and the up and down on the stand is a nice feature but it's a little wobbly and makes me nervous when adjusting the height or opening the Webcam at the top.

Great computer.does everything I need it to so great

The computer works quite nicely. The only thing I am having trouble with finding things on Windows 11.

The keyboard is a little balky. I have to check each sentence to make sure the letters are shown on the screen. You tap the keys and often the letters do not show up. (My old HP laptop had better keys but after 12 years, the keys wore out). Also, one of the USB ports does not seem to work. And the screen sometimes goes dark for a few seconds and then comes back up.

This computer functions beautifully for all my needs. The set up was very easy. Being an all-in-one also is nice since it requires a smaller footprint, The wireless keyboard and mouse eliminate cables and connections you would have to deal with otherwise.

Expected a plug and play set up but I had several issues before it became operational. I'm not a techie which was part of the problem. But did not get helpful hints for setup from salesperson. But in-house Geek Squad staff were very helpful in assisting me with trouble shooting.

The computer is fast and easy to use. Would highly recommend!

Based on less than 1 month, computer is great! Despite my Webroot installation My computer got infected.Because I have Geek Squad Total, the computer was cleared, with no further problems.

Just got this new computer and my wife just loves it. Nice screen and fast.
