When I first ordered the computer. Very skeptical and I imagined that I would need help in installing it. But it was not difficult at all. All this is high tech for me is a first. Love it and would purchase again.

This product is an excellent tool to get the work done

HP makes great products. This is a great example. The touch screen requires no pressure at all. There is no delay or lag in the response time.

My old HP All-in-one was perfect for my desk space at home. Needed to upgrade looking for a better experience was running Windows 8 and things were slow and dated. Ive had my new computer for about 30 days and im so very happy with the basic day to day experience.

I am completely satisfied with my new all in one H P computer. My only issue was the technical support I needed to move my files from my desktop to the new computer.

The computers I bought in Best Buy works great, I enjoy working with adobe and blender on this computer it runs smoothly and fast. The wireless mouse is really helpful including the wireless keyboard

i like to HP PURCHASED, HOWEVER I CANNOT FIND THE CAMERA TO USE ON THE COMPUTER - WHEN I LOG INTO MSN - TEAMS MEETING - NOR ANY OTHER APP. I GET MESSAGES THERE IS NO CAMERA LOCATED TO TURN ON. I RAISE THE EYE OF THE CAMERA BUT NOTHING ACTIVATES. THE VOLUME AND MICROPHINE WORKS GOOD AND ACTIVATES ON COMMAND.
