It's a great computer, took some getting use to but overall great

The replacement for the one that didn’t work is wonderful

Just got this new computer and my wife just loves it. Nice screen and fast.

It is faster than my old Lenovo of 12+ years! I am still learning how to navigate all the bells and whistles!

So I did a pretty decent amount of research on computers and this one checked most of my boxes. It’s pretty close to perfect except for one thing, the speakers. When the volume gets to a certain level it starts to crackle/static and it’s not even that high. I use it for my beauty studio and use the computer as the music for the waiting area. It does get a little on the slow side when running my booking site. Overall it does what I need it to but it could still be better. The touchscreen is nice too.

I needed an all-in-one as a second computer, used mainly for streaming. I liked everything about this one: great picture, adjustable height, touch screen, decent sound - the whole package. I purchased an open box first, marked "excellent condition". The screen was freezing during streaming. I thought I got a lemon so I returned it and purchased a brand new one. Same problem. Back it went. I then opted for an Asus (Model: VM670KAT-R51TB SKU: 6644119) which I paired with a Bose sound bar and I'm happy. Thankfully, Best Buy makes it SO easy! Would not purchase electronics anywhere else!

The setup was easy and quick. Screen clarity is good, processing speed is good, and touch screen responds well. Very happy with this computer.

It is a very nice upgrade from my old desktop. Bigger screen and neater appearance.

I love my 27" Touch Screen Computer! I does exactly what I need and I use it everyday for work.

Overall very satisfied with my new computer. The touchscreen is new to me, which is ok but the mouse does not operate smoothly it jerks around the screen.

Like the larger screen. They set it up for us at the store ( Geek Squad) . They were excellent, patient and easy to understand all that was needed to do.

I had to update my "old" desktop. I chose the perfect one for me. So far I love everything about it. Good quality and I love the big screen.

I got it as a gift and I absolutely love it. The set up was easy, which is great. The color Is beautiful and it’s a good screen size I just love it

The keyboard is a little balky. I have to check each sentence to make sure the letters are shown on the screen. You tap the keys and often the letters do not show up. (My old HP laptop had better keys but after 12 years, the keys wore out). Also, one of the USB ports does not seem to work. And the screen sometimes goes dark for a few seconds and then comes back up.

Good quality and good experience pc is very good and very easy to use

So far has been a great computer. Waited to long to update.

Very nice desktop. Lives up to all my expectations and handles everything I ask it to do. Plays my games and glides the internet with ease.
