We purchased the HP 27" All-in-one touch screen to replace a very old computer that took forever to warm-up, and we are very happy with this purchase.

Seems like a good working system, set up was easy.

well, quality of All in One seems to be very fast. I did receive a lot of quality customer service at the time of purchase.... and since then.... I have had to return the 1st All in One due to the stand was broken....replaced that one and got another one.... I'm praying all documentation and pics are transferred over but it seems that pics are in documents and I don't understand that.. I do wish someone would return call if you leave a message. That has not happened after leaving 2 messages... Therefore I had to go in and ask whatever it was.

It makes my school work much easier to accomplish when i am going back in forth between assignments

This is a new computer for us. The setup and the review of the new apps was great. We are enjoy this item.

Perfect for using to complete my office administrative tasks. Ease in setting up and using. Although there is a minor static in speakers while viewing videos. Love the touch screen feature.

I love my new computer, however I am experiencing serious issues with many of my files. I believe this is due to the transition to Windows 11 and not the computer. My one complaint about the computer is that I am old and it comes with no instructions about the changes for the Dell Inspiron I had. Help is not very helpful -- it refers me to a chat with others that have similar issues many of which do not match mine. I also often do not understand the terminology in the instructions and suggestions are often not identical to what is directed. I am very good at creating documents, but not good at all about the technology related to the equipment. I always have a home visit from the Geek Squad when I get new equipment installed or have serious issue. I have also used the remote help. I am not a fan of that. Many of those technicians are difficult to understand, poor communicators and very impatient. On three occasions the remote techs have taken control of my computer and made mistakes which I have to then arrange for an in-home visit by a Geek Squad tech to resolve the issue.

New computer is easy to use! Geek squad made the transition from old to new very easy and price was great!

A powerful machine with all of the latest in design and extras. The camera and sound are awesome in this all-in-one computer!

good computer, good speed, mouse lags but over all its good.

I love the larger screen. I am still getting used to some of the new features and MS programs, but all is going well.

We had our Dell all in one computer for about 8 years, so it took us a little while to get used to this one. But it's working fine now.

Windows 11 working well. The All In One saves our limited space. The current chip is fast.

Nice computer! 27in monitor is good size and easy viewing of programs. Fast processor, plenty of memory and nice space saver.

seems awful sloow to star up, other than that, is faster them my 7 years old dell.

Great upgrade to my previous computer, which was 10 years old. Easy to set up fast love the amount of memory.
