The instructions are to graphic illustrated with bad graphics. The computer is very good once its up and running.

I love my new computer, however I am experiencing serious issues with many of my files. I believe this is due to the transition to Windows 11 and not the computer. My one complaint about the computer is that I am old and it comes with no instructions about the changes for the Dell Inspiron I had. Help is not very helpful -- it refers me to a chat with others that have similar issues many of which do not match mine. I also often do not understand the terminology in the instructions and suggestions are often not identical to what is directed. I am very good at creating documents, but not good at all about the technology related to the equipment. I always have a home visit from the Geek Squad when I get new equipment installed or have serious issue. I have also used the remote help. I am not a fan of that. Many of those technicians are difficult to understand, poor communicators and very impatient. On three occasions the remote techs have taken control of my computer and made mistakes which I have to then arrange for an in-home visit by a Geek Squad tech to resolve the issue.

Very easy to set up and connected to the internet without any issues. I would definitely recommend this product.

This all in one HP PC is just what I expected and is working perfectly ! I will be buying another for a second office.

Love my HP All in one computer. I used the Geek Squad to transfer data and they did a great job. The 27 inch screen is great. I highly recommend it.

I have had this all in one for about a month. Its great does everything I need it to do. Easy to setup. Takes up little space.

I'm an HP fan and have stuck with this brand over the past several years. I needed a smaller footprint for my computer, due to a small desk, and went to this all-in-one. I'm still learning the limitations of a touch screen (why the one-less star) as I much prefer just mousing through my computer programs. I'm also not excited about having the USP ports in the back of the monitor, so have hooked up a couple USB extensions to use "out front" for such things as my flash drives. Overall, this computer is the usual, superb computer that I expect from HP!

Beautiful computer, love using it. The only issue i have is the speakers! They sound crackly at times like a bad phone call. For the price, i am lind of dissapointed by the speakers quality.

I like this computer. Best desktop out there. We use it for our office this is the 3rd one we buy and no problems with them at all.

Windows 11 working well. The All In One saves our limited space. The current chip is fast.
