I love this computer. Huge screen. Fast. Definitely worth the money

Love the big monitor and height adjustment of the screen.

I love my new computer, however I am experiencing serious issues with many of my files. I believe this is due to the transition to Windows 11 and not the computer. My one complaint about the computer is that I am old and it comes with no instructions about the changes for the Dell Inspiron I had. Help is not very helpful -- it refers me to a chat with others that have similar issues many of which do not match mine. I also often do not understand the terminology in the instructions and suggestions are often not identical to what is directed. I am very good at creating documents, but not good at all about the technology related to the equipment. I always have a home visit from the Geek Squad when I get new equipment installed or have serious issue. I have also used the remote help. I am not a fan of that. Many of those technicians are difficult to understand, poor communicators and very impatient. On three occasions the remote techs have taken control of my computer and made mistakes which I have to then arrange for an in-home visit by a Geek Squad tech to resolve the issue.

Love my new computer. I still have a lot to learn, but it's very nice. Easy to see and use. Quick response time.

The advice that I got to buy this particular computer was spot on. Works as advertised. Very fast, large monitor. You need a big desk for it.

I love this computer! It doesn't take up too much room, buat it has a nice sized screen. I also like this style that does not rquire a separate CPU.

The HP 27' Touch - Screen ALL -in-One with Adjustable Height 16GB memory -1TB SSD was a fantastic buy replacing my 2011 27' Mac but after getting it home being a senior citizen it was difficult for me to learn and after my backup was done from my Mac nothing was in ordered for me to understand to get what I needed to do besides mail! Get review as for durability of life but sorry for the returned and purchased another MAC

Great PC all in one. Did what it needed to do. Does exactly what I purchased it for.

It is sleek, easy on the eye, easy to use , if I was not a member of geek squad I would of mot bought any of my computer needs.

The HP AIO offers a great screen resolution with superfast processing. It does everything we asked for and then some. We would recommend it for any home office. The Best Buy customer service rep was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
