I have had multiple challenges with this device. Which has led to ~2 hours of virtual Geek Squad support. Keyboard stops working intermittently usually at start up or idle. Would happen at least once daily. Tech support says it was part of the Windows 11 update from a month ago. Thankfully, that has not continued since Tech support ~ 2 days ago. Screen blinks black intermittently. This has continued even after Tech Support. Computer has shut down by itself 3 times in the 2 weeks that I have had it. I DO have it running on a surge protector with backup-battery, which did keep me connected with a power outage. So these self shutdowns are not apparently do to external power problems. This computer seems to run more slowly than my last computer which was not as powerful and did not have as much memory. I still get the running/waiting circle quite often, even since Tech support.

Love the non-bulk of a tower and monitor. The All-in-One is the way to go. Could've saved $149.00 though because I already had the WORD app through my google account and wasn't told I could just use that.

Our previous HP died. Very happy with this computer. Fast, bright sharp display. Setup was fast and easy. I was especially impressed with the Best Buy sales agent. I asked about ryzen vs intel besides $$$. She gave me the pluses of ryzen instead of steering me to the pricier intel. I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend.

So far has been a great computer. Waited to long to update.

Very nice system with clean lines and runs fast. The 27” display is good on the eyes and is an all around excellent work system.

I was very impressed with Best Buy’s sales and service of this new Desktop, and a special thanks to the attention and extra assistance of “Hans” and “Bob” from the Geek squad who set up my programs and answered all of my questions.

Very neat computer. A little heavy but that's how it is because it's obe computer and the monitor. I like the touch screen and has a very decent sound volume. Overall satisfied with the product.

It's a great computer, took some getting use to but overall great

This was an open box purchase, and it was a great deal for the options and performance this computer has. Only issue was because it was open box, it came with a keyboard, but did not come with a mouse so I'm having to use my old ones, which is kind of a bummer. But great deal nonetheless.

Quality. Product. HP you just can’t lose. Great graphics. Speed. Tutorials. Love this computer.
