I LOVE this computer. It is so streamline and the large screen makes it so much easier for me to see. It was a great value also, happy with the price. The keyboard is a good size and very quiet. I would nover buy another style computer. I also bought a printer that is compact, but has all the abilities. I will be buying a large screen TV in the near future. The sales person was extremely knowledgeable about which one would meet my needs. Thank you Best Buy!

After my research, I purchased the HP all-in- one desktop computer. It performs well for my needs and eliminates a “busy” desk.

I love it. It’s just what I needed. I can play games and log on to Zoom with ease

There are 2 things that I use that did not transfer from my old computer to this one. When I have time I will get the geek squad to help me.

So far I love my new computer although it’s going to take a little time to get use to it. I was so comfortable with windows 10 .

I love the larger screen. I am still getting used to some of the new features and MS programs, but all is going well.

My old computer was so slow that I suppose anything was any improvement but it is really nice to have a fast, clear screen and love the size and the set up from the Best Buy agents.

Everything has been good so far. The set up was easy. The only negative is that the stand is not the best quality. it is flimsy and not sturdy at all.

Great assistance from Asst. MOD. We discussed how fixing the existing laptop would be a waste of money.

I am very pleased with this computer. It it easy to navigate through the websites. Also, I find it is easy to print from numerous devises. The setup was a snap for a person who is self-taught on a computer. Also, I am a fan of the hp products.
