The HP- 27" touch screen all in one is just what I needed. I wanted a larger screen and better keyboard than laptops provide. My one complaint is that Best Buy wanted me to purchase a virus software, when there was already one preload on the system.

PC works awesome for my needs, I needed to upgrade.

I am very pleased with the reliability and functions within this AOI computer. The touch screen is effective and fun! I work long hours from home using Zoom and other platforms for therapy sessions. It is very user friendly and I am very satisfied with my purchase.

I had one of these computers over a year. It came from factory with a defect. I still used it and before my total best buy membership expired I figured Id get it repaired. HP doesnt have the part to fix it. so Bust buy gave me a refund. I bought the same compter the new one doesnt have this defult. Other then that it was completly usable. Just a small line across the bottom of the screen would fade in and out.

The first one I purchased and took home was broken, missing instructions and would not work, I returned it for a new one that works well. Everything was included in the box.

It is a excellent choice all in one computer! Very easy to set up and use. The screen is a perfect size.

More than I could ask for fast and plenty to of storage for the price.
