Good product but Geek Squad not much help. Bought it at Best Buy because of Geek Squad. Couldn't get started without a Microsoft pass word. {Which I did not have, Never did that I know of) Working ok now without the pass word, Had to hire local computer tec to get it working. Wireless mouse didn't work and had to purchase a wired mouse.

Very good computer unit. One nice large screen that took the place of dual monitors.

Best computer I have ever transitioned into. Love the speed and no issues when I got it home.

I've had no major problems with HP products. Easy set up and runs windows 11, meets my needs .I hope this one last ten + years like the one it replaced.

I recently made a purchase for this all-in-one computer at a very reasonable price. It fulfills every need I was looking for, and even more so. It is the perfect computer for my home office.

Excellent computer, easy to set up and use. The only ussue is Windows 11. All documents, photos, music, video is moved to the cloud. Trying to find documents takes more steps and don't think about backing up anything. Autosave doesn't allow "save as" so plan on jumping through more hoops to handle that. I never thought I'd miss Windows 10.
