Love it! It is a computer not a Laptop! It is an all-in-one, touch screen. I will never have a computer or Laptop that is NOT a touch screen. Mike from Geek Squad helped me to pick it out. I highly recommend!

Easy setup. The screen "wobbles" a bit when you move it, but it is very steady. The base weighs enough to keep it secure. I like the way the adjustable height works and the cord organizer in the back.

This computer is so much better than my old 19" all-in-one HP. Very easy to put together as I purchased it as an open box and there were no instructions. I was not able to connect to Wi-Fi. I had to use the ethernet in order to get the internet to come up. I absolutely love this computer, the monitor especially, as it is the perfect size!! The mouse has such good quality & fits in my hand perfectly. It does have a little bit of weight compared to most that I have used. The wireless keyboard is also easy to use. The touch screen monitor is a nice feature too.

Love it , fast , no tower to take up space, nice built in video cam , nice size touch screen , wireless mouse and keyboard is great. My first computer was a HP windows 94 which I just recycled last year. It never gave me any problems.

Excellent computer! Quick and easy to setup and transfer files. Vivid colors and operation. The Geek Squad was excellent in their work and answering my questions.

So far it is working alright, however it will not shut off at night ( go to sleep) so it has to manually be turned off. Also there are not enough slots in the back to plug things in.
