Bought a new desk top, had Geek squad transfer all data from old desk top to knew one very pleased with Geek Squad and sales person from Bestbuy very happy with total experience will use them again

Product as described. I haven't been able to check out all the bells and whistles but it seems to be a lot better than the PC I replaced it with.

I am completely satisfied with my new all in one H P computer. My only issue was the technical support I needed to move my files from my desktop to the new computer.

Its not a bad laptop, however, sometimes when watching videos wether its on a streaming website or youtube it'll have this glitch in the sound and the video itself after a while like frame by frame. Ive had it 5 months and the keyboard already stopped working not sure why. Sometimes itll also take a minute to turn on. I think its deffective.

Geek Squad helped us transfer data for our lols laptop. Loaded Microsoft office. They were great. Really good customer service.

#1 My computer speaker has cracking sound #2 My computer stand cannot hold the computer #3 I called HP before the factory warranty expired but they did not help me they have the worst customer I ever had
