PC works awesome for my needs, I needed to upgrade.

I have had multiple challenges with this device. Which has led to ~2 hours of virtual Geek Squad support. Keyboard stops working intermittently usually at start up or idle. Would happen at least once daily. Tech support says it was part of the Windows 11 update from a month ago. Thankfully, that has not continued since Tech support ~ 2 days ago. Screen blinks black intermittently. This has continued even after Tech Support. Computer has shut down by itself 3 times in the 2 weeks that I have had it. I DO have it running on a surge protector with backup-battery, which did keep me connected with a power outage. So these self shutdowns are not apparently do to external power problems. This computer seems to run more slowly than my last computer which was not as powerful and did not have as much memory. I still get the running/waiting circle quite often, even since Tech support.

I haven't had a PC like this at home for a long time, and I definitely love it. Its performance has impressed me.

Good product but Geek Squad not much help. Bought it at Best Buy because of Geek Squad. Couldn't get started without a Microsoft pass word. {Which I did not have, Never did that I know of) Working ok now without the pass word, Had to hire local computer tec to get it working. Wireless mouse didn't work and had to purchase a wired mouse.

This computer is very nice.My other was old and getting slower,so I got this.It’s much faster and the screen can move up and down to your comfort.

The computer has functioned perfectly so far. It's much faster then my 10 year old one that it replaced. I have always preferred Intel but the AMD processor is impressive. The adjustable heigt is perfect for my situation. It fits on my desk under the credenmza perfectly.

Definitely a game changer. Allows my children to work efficiently on school and work projects.

This is the second HP All-In-One I have purchased from Best Buy. I love that it is wireless and so simple to set up. I bought it for personal use at home. It is the perfect PC for my needs.
