I am not going to damage the HP reputation. Sometimes computers just come with a glitch. This computer was very slow, took quite a few minutes to load up. Sometimes it just would not come on unless I unplugged it and plugged it back in. Called for Geek Squad support shortly after I got it. Eventually I took it back and traded it for another computer. I have had several HP computers through the years and this is the only one I have had a problem with.

This is my third HP all-in-one desk top computer over many years. I haven't fired up this 3rd one as yet & I'm confident it will perform as well as the other two.

It was easy to transfer my files from my old computer. There were newer features I didn't have before. The only downfall was I had to buy external devices (additional USB port and a CD reader/writer) that was on my old computer. I wound up paying a lot more than what is advertised by adding these devices.

I needed to get a new computer. The salesmen was very knowledgeable and I picked the one I liked.

Great computer but not so steady if you have a small work area.

Love computer, gave 4 stars because of the knowledge that the clerk gave me was incorrect and had to return to store.

Never used the AMD Ryzen 7 before but it is just as smooth as Intel. This is a great computer which I use for a small business and it has great features. Very pleased with the purchase

I have used the computer for internet, documents, spreadsheets and programming. I don’t game anymore, but that requires a different kind of hardware setup. It passes all my tests with flying colors.

I think my older HP is more reliable. Though the difference is tiny. Otherwise it is similar and I am comfortable with it.
