overall, satisfied with the product. It has slowed down a bit from day one but still light years ahead of my previous PC. the keyboard does seem somewhat "tighter" as I'm more pron to hit the wrong key.

Even though the desktop didn't last long Best buy refunded the total purchase amount which is why I purchased another computer with a store credit which I have not used

I needed a new computer and was hesitant at first of getting an all in one, as I've only had a tower and monitor. I really like this computer.

Nice to get a new machine after 10 years plus old one will not support windows 10.

Considering my old computer is running windows 8, this was a huge improvement.I love the 27" screen.

Little things should be better -- the mouse is clunky; the surface of the unit base is felt-like, and attacts & retains a lot of dust and pet hair. One not-so-little thing is the microphone, it's either poor quality or poorly placed. To use it for searching I have to be very close to the unit (2-3") and there can't be any background noise at all, or else what I say is misunderstood. It's just about worthless and I end up typing for searches instead of speaking. Very annoying and time-wasting.

Everything has been good so far. The set up was easy. The only negative is that the stand is not the best quality. it is flimsy and not sturdy at all.

My wife loves the machine. For the tasks needed it was a great fit and at a great price. We reviewed the open package in store and Geek Squad found dongle for keyboard and mouse missing - so they replaced those. The manager in Computers was really great.

I am very pleased with this computer. It it easy to navigate through the websites. Also, I find it is easy to print from numerous devises. The setup was a snap for a person who is self-taught on a computer. Also, I am a fan of the hp products.

Love my new computer. But, I am having problems with the wireless keyboard sometimes it does not work and I have to restart my computer for it to work.

After my research, I purchased the HP all-in- one desktop computer. It performs well for my needs and eliminates a “busy” desk.

Love it! It is a computer not a Laptop! It is an all-in-one, touch screen. I will never have a computer or Laptop that is NOT a touch screen. Mike from Geek Squad helped me to pick it out. I highly recommend!

i love the large screen and I'll feel better when I know exactly how to use all the services. Just not enough time in the day or could be I don't have enough grey matter left.
