It's everything I need to it to be. The screen is big. I love the facial sign in. Each family member has their own account. It has a lot of space. The Bluetooth feature is awesome.

Not knowing which computer was right for me the Best Buy associate recommended the HP 27. It has all the features I needed and the adjustable height is a great feature.

I enjoy having this desktop but at the same time I wish the desktop wasn’t as flimsy. You could’ve done better in investing better quality.

I have been using computers since the beginning and HP has always been my personal favorite. But this one has a thorn! I've had HP tech work on this, but problem still exist. I've had to change the keyboard (keys sticking) and mouse (unresponsive). Mind you this is a new PC. PC goes to sleep and will not wake even though the light indicates it's on. I need to turn is off and back on. Sometimes it comes on and it's a black screen which forces me to turn it back off and on again. This pretty much happens daily! Very annoying and frustrating!
