Bought this fully expecting to upgrade RAM to 32 GB, as description states is capable. After using for one day, it was completely obvious it needed more RAM. Slow to do everything, hard to wake up, etc. Bought RAM, found video by HP on how to remove cover, and started. You are actually removing the front, which is your touch screen. Good gawd! Followed instructions, carefully removed front, only to find that the guts are not accessible!!! Replaced screen, and decided to move to another room as a spare. When I turned on the PC, my screen was cracked, nothing viewable. See pic!

I really enjoy this computer. It has the speed and storage for my needs. Because it is an All-In-One, the fact that it has 1TB of storage is great and the screen quality is nice. The all in one package is perfect when it comes to set up in my workspace. I enjoy how quick it is to load and what features is provided. The included keyboard and mouse perform extremely well without any latency. This is a great product and I would like to say that the individuals that helped me at my store were also great to work with. It went on sale 2 days later after I purchased it and their price match was as quick as going into the store, talking to one of the reps in the department and a credit was put back on my account without any issues. Overall amazing experience and product.

I’ve really enjoyed using the HP 27" Touch-Screen All-in-One. The large touchscreen, sleek Jet Black design, and adjustable height make it super comfortable for both work and everyday use. The AMD Ryzen 7, 16GB of memory, and 1TB SSD give it plenty of storage and power for multitasking, and overall it runs very smoothly. My only minor downside is that every now and then it feels a bit slow, even when I don’t have many apps or windows open. It’s not a constant issue, but noticeable enough to mention. Aside from that, it’s a great computer with excellent features and value. I’d definitely recommend it for home or office use!

I was on the fence about purchasing this HP it took me 2days two decide. With the help of an Best Buy employee my mind was made. It also went on sale so it was a win win. I’m so happy with my new pc. It was super easy to set up, it looks great. And the speed not only fast boot up but i open and breeze through apps, internet, and my business programs like lighning. I highly recommend this Hp.

Love the all-in-one, with no tower taking up space. Also love the large screen and quick start up. My old computer took forever to boot up. Also has much more memory than my old one.

All in one works great. touch screen and mouse? great. basically plug and play. very easy to set up and its off to challenge the web.

It's easy to operate and fast. Also I love the all in one monitor (computer).

Great computer especially for the price. Love that the camera is not always pointing at you, it hides as you place it behind the computer and only take it out when you need it. The touch screen is so helpful. It was easy to setup and super fast. Great upgrade from my desktop and less bulky.

I mistakenly bought a larger screen than I intended but am glad I did. Can easily read even from a distance. Love the height adjustment! It is so easy to use. Still learning all there is to know about this new computer but am happy with every new trick I learn.

This desktop met all my needs for an everyday, general-use computer...touchscreen, settings galore, HP support option, responsive refresh and performance, sufficient memory and it doesn't consume alot of real estate on my desk.

I love my computer. Even though it was recommended that I should return it, I like it so much that I chose to keep it. The set up was quite simple, the graphics are great, and, thus far, I have no complaints.

Overall GREAT quality and value. (this is my 2nd HP all-in-one computer). Only reason to get a new computer was it needed a complete upgrade in software. Excellent size and picture quality. Keyboard and mouse are good and easily set up. Only issue is there is no slot for downloading drivers etc.

The screen is very easy to configure and the fonts and colors are easy to read. The memory speed is fast but the startup time could be a little quicker to suit me. I am happy with my purchase.

This is an awesome PC. It was easy and quick to transition data from my old HP desktop. The processor is fast and has all the programs I need. Sleek, nice looking and a great value.

The HP - 27" Touch-Screen All-in-one AMD Ryzen7 - 16GB Memory- 1TB SSD - Jet Black is excellent for me. Amazed at how fast it responds. I admit I'm comparing it to my 10 year old HP All-in-one using Windows-7, which served me very well. Google could not do updates so I got a new PC with Windows-11. I'm not a PC whiz and don't do gaming or much online activity. Mainly banking, E-mail and internet searches so this PC really does a great job for me. Should have upgraded sooner.
