I have more room on my desk which is really nice. It's also a lot faster than my last computer.

Computer works well, screen is decent, keyboard would not work out of the box and no way to pair/reset it.

called geek squad to get to operate normally They took control of unit and checked that all was working normally. they installed webroot later the computer still must be restarted every time it sleeps for more than 15 mins, nothing works correctly until restart

I was upgrading from a 10 YO HP Envy all in one. When I opened the new one, I found lower quality in the materials overall and the key board did not work due to a faulty battery connection...on and off , did not stay on. So I am returning the product within the return window. Will look more closely at the reviews and hopefully won't be dissapointed.

Amazing computer for the price, bought for my daughter to do light gaming and youtube. Does nicely

The laptop is just what I wanted but the base is very wobbly and not secure. The monitor moves every time you turn on the computer and it'ss stable. Very disappointed.

The computer is not bad. The BestBuy Service WAS and IS atrocious. What a change for the worse just in a short time!

Its exactly what i need and then some!! Im a photographer and the multi tasking panels are the best!!!

Great upgrade from what i had. Should have upgraded a long time ago.

No problems except that is hard for me to adjust to windows 11 and the Microsoft edge browser.
