Three weeks from purchase and it won’t start up

It has much more memory than than the old one. My first disappointment was discovering that the only USB ports are on the back of the screen. This screen is heavy and difficult to turn around. Then, within 3 weeks of purchase, it suddenly started sounding beeps and alarms when trying to boot up. It’s too heavy and awkward to drag back and forth to Best Buy, so I’m waiting on a visit from Geek Squad. Now I wish I’d gotten a tower with separate screen.

Only thing is my several year old all in one prints from computer but can’t scan to computer. Seems like it is unsupported. Don’t want to buy one just to scan but will have to decide something.

My previous one finally died after 7years. I am sure it just needed a new hard drive, I tried taking it apart and it was "stuck" when trying to separate. I got it opened but could not get to the hard drive. By that time I gave up and pitched.
