We were very pleased with the product and the services of Geek Squad during set-up.

We were looking for a AIO and this system fits the bill perfect for out needs.

Still getting used to the format of the unit. Seems to function well.

This has been a great purchase. It's very convenient with having to move the monitor around and not a big CPU as well. Would definitely recommend to buy this.

So far i am happy with the processor. All is working as described. Don't care fir the base stand, should be easier to tilt or move screen.

Really enjoying this new computer. Our old computer seriously needed to be replaced! HP is the best!

It is OK but not as user friendly as I expected. No complaints.

Being generous with 2 stars because it does have a nice screen size. I had a similar older all in one that this one replaced, and the quality just feels cheap. Have had keyboard issues and the speakers sound blown and the quality besides that is poor. Have spent hours troubleshooting and with microsoft and hp support with no fixes.

The best part about the purchase experience was the associate, Jordan, in the Eatontown store, who assisted me. He was very knowledgeable and patient.

I am very disappointed, the keyboard doesn't turn on properly and I will be returning it. I am on my 3rd printer in a few months as they have all had issues with connecting to wifi and the cartridges say they aren't installed properly. I have had the techs out 2x to help me and they said to return products due to faulty issues.

I like the computer, but it came with a wireless mouse and keyboard that had no transceiver. Useless. I ended up using an old wired mouse and keyboard. I use the computer for large Excel spreadsheets and it works fine.

Service was impeccable, very polite and helpful staff. Every single time we go into the Cypress store we are satisfied. This computer is exactly what we were looking for.

I chose this HP pc because the screen ca tilt. I need that feature for the set up I have. I think the Dell did not tilt. Also the Dell was more expensive.

It's not as fast as I thought it would be. Sluggish at times, lots of pauses. My biggest problem was with Geek Squad. They didn't properly transfer everything over, so missing a lot and I paid $179 to them to do a good job, but nope. I called and emailed, no response. I now have to pay another company to complete the transfer. I won't use Geek Squad again. I was warned by friends not to use them, but I didn't listen.

I am getting used to it. So far I think it is great. Some of them updates over my old computer (Windows 7) are a ;ittle hard to get used to. Still trying to find some things i.e free games w/o ads thatt I had before.

The Computer came in with the wrong name, attempted to contact support for help and got nowhere.

Entire purchase was done in very knowledgeable and extremely professional manner, would definitely recommend.

HP-27 is an excellent All-in-one PC. Good balance of features in a streamline computer. The Geek Squad provided great service to set it up.

Nice computer. We did have a few issues with it that were resolved.
