Had to return computer 3 weeks after purchase. Couldn't be fixed. Was given a brand new computer as a replacement. The associate at the Geek Squad was very helpful. So far no issues with the new computer.

Not all that happy with the functioning of this computer. Screen will black out for a few seconds. At times screen won't wake up after it goes to sleep. Cursor arrow won't appear at times depending on what you are using. The fan runs loud at times. No good reason is being given for these problems if it's the computer or Windows 11. Regardless my old system was superior to compared to this yet I had to buy because my old computer wouldn't support Windows 11.

I have bought two. One was defective and returned. The other proved very difficult for my IT person to install remote access software, which has been installed on over a dozen of our PCs. Don't understand why, but I won't be buying another one. HP and Dell are typically our "go to" brands. Very disappointing.

It took 90 days to find someone at Best Buy that knew how to set up the new computer I bought. When that was done, it took a month to finally get a bill to pay it off. I was told if I applied for a Best Buy credit card I would get $100 in store credit. That never happened because the sales person paid for the computer by using the card which I did not agree to that. It would be great if persons at Topeka BB were trained to be knowledgeable about store deals.

Average rating due to the excessive pre-loaded software that is of no use to me, removed a lot of it. Also average rating for lack of software needed to use computer to its fullest, I do not do subscription based programs, AI, or any thing in a cloud, hence is why I purchased a large HD. Also lack of CD rom/Burner, and non rechargeable or non-Bluetooth compatibility keyboard and mouse keep my rating at average.
