    worked great for a week and then it updated and will not allow printers to print and will not allow the drivers to be downloaded - spent 9 hours on phone with HP and they want to charge for service/assistance even though the PC was less than 3 weeks old -

    Everything is great so far . But it doesn't have a cd player. a top-of-the-line computer should have a CD player.
