Hasn't even been 2 years and it keeps shutting down and restarting itself after the last update.

Check your boxes!!!! I bought this $1,000 desktop with no power cord in there, now they act like they cant do nothing!

Purchased a all in one computer on 7/20/2024 for 1099.99 and 17 days later saw it was on sale for 200.00 less, asked for price match, said I was 2 days late. Was told no return either, so BYE best buy after 20 plus years.

Locks up all the time. Slow. Neither the mouse nor keyboard worked from new.

Service is the worst of the worst new staff seems that they do not care at all they do not want to help at all I have spend a lot of money during the yearsNO BODTY CARES

Purchased this in August 2024, it Died in December 2024.

One year and one month old, suddenly stops working. Will be going through the tech support loop soon. Hope to change my review. But shouldn't be having this problem this soon.

I have not even own this machine for 3 months and it all of a sudden froze up and will not turn on. Waste of money!

Returned it without leaving the store because it was not a Linux that was promised by the online sales representative

A great update for us. This “all-in-one” works fast, is easy to go to different apps. It has saved us so much space by doing away with a separate tower for the computer.

A very easy computer to learn on and I love the ideal. It’s a touch screen. It’s easy to go back up to where you need to be and for someone learning the computer for the first time my husband is learning a lot off of it.

After a few weeks of daily use, I'm very happy with this HP All-in-One. The setup was quick and easy, and the performance has been impressive. It runs fast, handles multiple tasks smoothly, and the display quality is crisp and vibrant. The adjustable stand is a nice bonus for finding the right height, and it keeps the workspace clean and minimal. Perfect balance of speed, storage, and design for both work and personal use.

I have my space back. No more wires to mouse, etc. No more big black box, speakers, etc. The flat screen monitor is bigger than my TV and so bright I don't have to turn on the lights to use my PC.
