called geek squad to get to operate normally
They took control of unit and checked that all was
working normally. they installed webroot later
the computer still must be restarted every time it sleeps for more than 15 mins, nothing works correctly until restart

Absolutely terrible machine! I bought 2 of these after much research to see if it was the fastest between it and another one with the intel processor. Thinking this one would be best, I got 2. Everything I say here has happened on BOTH machines. The color is garbage. The machine will fail to wake up once it goes to sleep, causing me to have to hold the power button until it goes off so I can restart it. On 1 machine, I even had to find the BIOS number for it to restart. If you use design software, be prepared to WAIT! Very slow! I do NOT recommend this machine AT ALL! This is ongoing and I came here today to see if it was too late to return them. Unfortunately, I missed the deadline by about a week.

Computer stopped working after a month. Best Buy is not allowed to service HP products, so have to go thru HP, and I have spent countless hours trying to get this computer repaired thru HP.
**This is a review of HP and not Best Buy. The Geek Squad member was very helpful and apologetic for HP's policies.

It’s been three weeks and so far my mother is pleased with it except for the fact she’s not able to get online due to issues on the HP side of things!! Maybe they’ll have it fixed today. Could not connect with the WiFi!!

The computer is ok, but the numbers 3 & 6 stick so it makes it fun as a bookkeeper to always have my numbers wrong. I've never had so many number mistakes until I got this computer/monitor/keyboard. I also don't like the way the computers are telling us how we have to do things now instead of just doing it the way we want. AI sucks!!!!!!!!!!!

A 1 star rating due to a customer service failure for replacing a keyboard that won't power up due to no contact of the batteries. This is highly unusual and I still hope to get this resolved if I can get a response from Best Buy. I've emailed, called twice and driven to our local store twice in an attempt to get this resolved. My first trip to the store was a little over two weeks ago. I am extremely disappointed in the response, or rather lack of response from customer service. If this isn't resolved soon, I will return the entire system just because I can't get a working keyboard.

In less than 7 days, this experienced 2 glitches. One was resolved digitally, the 2nd one, required me to go in to the store with it. Who needs that? Especially within 1 week of use? If you are a tech person, you can take your chances, if not, I do not recommend this. It's just a nice looking piece of equipment.

This is one of the worst computers I ever purchased! It has horrible sound and mic. I even tried buying an extra soundbar and speakers, it still is very poor! In addition, the base isn't as supportive as other computers. I truly regret this purchase!!!
