The unit may have been 100% if all the parts were included but being an OPEN BOX EXCELLENT, the original buyer failed to include the power adapter and cord. I had another smaller issue with the screen mount being bent but Best Buy Geek resolved that. There is no way that Best Buy reviews the content of an open box or they don't know what a power supply / cord is.

I am on my third pc of this model. The hard drive has crashed 2 other times and I have only had this PC for less than a year. They gave me a third one now, but I have no expectations it will last. I expected better from HP.

This was an open box item that was suppose to be Geek Squad Certified. I think all that was done was put back out for sale. The very first day that I had it the screen had issue with turning a brownish color. I returned the first chance that I got as I did not want to be stuck with having to pay for repairs.

It was easy to set up but have had some issues since I can't take it back so I figured it out myself

The computer is okay but the software is a mess. Microsoft 11 has caused me to have to restart the computer after every start just to sigh in with my pin.

I won't buy from Best Buy again...Geek squad is a total rip off...They wanted $500 to hook my computer up...Got it done faster and locally for half the price...It's pretty sad when you're a senior and handicapped, you still can't get help without getting ripped off....WON'T BE BACK!!!

This computer was a refurb and is powering down unexpectedly. I haven’t gotten around to looking into return options but probably will, if I can.

Locks up all the time. Slow. Neither the mouse nor keyboard worked from new.

I spend over $1k and couldn't get any keyboards to work. I finally went to the HP website to look up the driver's for my all-in-one and according to HP, the Windows 11 version 23H2, which this computer has, is incompatible. The touchscreen keyboard has to be open through accessibility each time, no task bar availability. I can't apply any icons to my desktop. Can't install Google apps at all. Think I'm going to check out the Lenovo I loved my Lenovos

I’m just used 1 or 2 hours 5 day/ week. After 6 months I’m updated the software and my computer can not turn on. I take it to best buy and waiting for fix it . It’s take a month already but Still waiting.

Waiting on the store manager of geek squad to resolve an issue

i bought as open box. i will never buy open box, when some one reaturn it there must be an isuses ! after box opening, noted, mouse was misisng, then monitor stand was not staying connected with monitor, monitor coming out from stand, with in 24 hrs went back to store and returned it. best thing was best buy refuneded full. in store customer service was Great .

no c or d drive. Can't play DVD's or CDs. Installation was impossible I had to pay someone to come install it and my associated printer still doesn't work. Modem has insufficient access points. Worse purchase I've ever mad bar none

Can't give a proper review because I bought the office program from Best Buy the same day I bought the computer and I can't get the program to work . Who ever thought it was a good idea to sell programs that need to be downloaded only didn't consider how difficult they make it for people to navigate the installation. With all the crazy security rules it makes it near impossible to navigate. Not a happy customer.

Keyboard didn't work and when I returned the keyboard shortly after I purchased i was told that they had to order another one and it would be mailed to me. But they recommended that I purchased another keyboard and return it when the replacement come in. Poor service from a company of this magnitude. I will not spend my money with Best buy again.

Had the computer 9 months and the motherboard went. Up until then it was perfectly fine. I just can't believe it crapped out that soon. My last HP all in one is still going (although slightly slower than I want) after 8 years. This model is clearly just a lemon. Very disappointed.

computer was garbage, nothing but problems. returned to Bestbuy. could only get store credit because i paid it off and closed the account with citibank. they probably dont care that i wont do any business with either again.

This a a steal, i thought. Ordered an open box item, Excellent categoryif thead excellent wow!!!!!. It was suppose to be in the original packing? I didnt even have to open the box, was already open with one small pillow to proct the computer? Sent it back immediately!!!
