No longer selling this item. I had a problem and could not get the same product as they are no longer making them

I had to return this pc to the store, there was a sound issue out of the box and I was not impressed with the AMD chip, went with the other version that ran the intel chip and that was better.

Have had it less than 2 months and getting blue screen regularly. Best Buy would'nt help, after less than 2 months. Don't recommend this computer, nor Best Buy.

Not good customer service with Geek Squad (home visits). They're in a hurry and many times your equipment is not set up properly.

We had to return this because it didn't work. Went back to the two separate systems.

Had it for 1 yr and 2 weeks. Purchased Jan 2024. Hard drive went bad 2 weeks after 1 yr warranty. Paid out of pocket to replace.

Mine locked up with no programs installed. Tried wired mouse and wired keyboard. No luck. Ran 2 embroidery machines for less than a year. Now, worthless. Please..... If this is an isolated event, then take this review as an exception! I love HP

Seems to have a mind of its own. Opened tabs and browers automatically closing. Been frustrated since I got this computer. I definitely will be returning it.

Why has this not been delivered?? Plus there is no information on line about where it is or why it’s delayed. Didn’t have any in stock. Beware to buy on line.

Computer ran great for a year until the warranty expired and now it's not running and I have to take it in for repair.

Purchased a all in one computer on 7/20/2024 for 1099.99 and 17 days later saw it was on sale for 200.00 less, asked for price match, said I was 2 days late. Was told no return either, so BYE best buy after 20 plus years.

Check your boxes!!!! I bought this $1,000 desktop with no power cord in there, now they act like they cant do nothing!

Hasn't even been 2 years and it keeps shutting down and restarting itself after the last update.

One year and one month old, suddenly stops working. Will be going through the tech support loop soon. Hope to change my review. But shouldn't be having this problem this soon.

Purchased this in August 2024, it Died in December 2024.

I have not even own this machine for 3 months and it all of a sudden froze up and will not turn on. Waste of money!

After a few weeks of daily use, I'm very happy with this HP All-in-One. The setup was quick and easy, and the performance has been impressive. It runs fast, handles multiple tasks smoothly, and the display quality is crisp and vibrant. The adjustable stand is a nice bonus for finding the right height, and it keeps the workspace clean and minimal. Perfect balance of speed, storage, and design for both work and personal use.

Returned it without leaving the store because it was not a Linux that was promised by the online sales representative
