I like everything about the computer except the sound quality. I guess it needs some external speakers added?

Product purchased recently is great, desktop like the last one and lasted for years. I go to Best Buy for all purchasing in future. Excellent I would rate them....

So far loving the computer. Only reason i did not give it a 5 is because the screen wobbles from side to side which is not a great thing for a touch screen. I put some printer paper rolls under the screen on each side which helps but should not have to do that.

Buying computer was easy since I was given a lot of info & knowledge about various types. Great Geek Squad service before & after purchase. Very qualified service.

We love our new all in one pc, great old school wireless keyboard not the flat buttons. Overall love it. The image looks great, nice clean look.

At times it runs slowly. I was not aware that it was coming with Windows 11 Home. Wish I would have known. I would have asked for Pro.

the laptop is fine. However, the mouse does not work efficiently. It sticks, ugh!!!

Although my online purchase arrived well packed in the shipping box, half the screen was cracked. I was disappointed and returned the damaged item to my local Best Buy store for a full refund. The Best Buy store folks were very friendly and helpful during my refund transaction. I plan to buy another computer from Best Buy in the near future.

The basic computer is fine. The camera has very poor resolution. Color is off as well as image being blurred. If you need a computer for video conferencing this is not the computer for you.

Everything needs wifi or internet, I have neither. No offline word or excel or anything useful.

I purchase this computer over 1 year ago and it started giving me problems. Just from one day to the next it started turning off and i took it to t tech and they could fix anything. I still have a problem with that. If i were u stay away from this computer. I dont run heavy programs i use adobe and edit videos every once in a while.
