I really like this computer. I had a Dell for the last 7 years and thought I wouldn't like the HP because I am so use to the Dell, but I am glad I switched. It is easy to set up, and all my documents and files from my previous computer uploaded onto the HP really easily, which I loved. And the HP runs really smooth and I can quickly switch from tab to tab, back and forth between softwares for work, and runs nicely with my 2nd monitor. It's a really great value for the price.

We are happy with this HP All-In-One PC. It was a breeze to setup and to transfer information from our old 2012 HP Pavilion tower desktop. Most settings, apps, docs, and photos transferred perfectly. Because of the age of our old PC, we had to upgrade some apps and manually transfer some photos. The display is the perfect size and high quality resolution. The keyboard and mouse use batteries. I would prefer corded keyboard or rechargeable, but it's not a deal breaker. In the old days, new PC's came with horrible bloatware. No more! Yay! Over all, great combo price and quality.

My old computer was so slow that I suppose anything was any improvement but it is really nice to have a fast, clear screen and love the size and the set up from the Best Buy agents.

I bough a 23.5" HP all-in-one in 2014 at Best Buy and it was working very good until 2026. I bought a 27" All-in-one on Feb. 2/2026 at Best Buy and I am very happy with it.

I recently bought computers for the use in the office. While i believe the choice depends on the user's specific tasks but the specifications of these computer guarantees for light browsing and satisfies office work expectations. Aside from its powerful computers, these applies also of its wider range of capabilities and efficiencies for demanding professional, creative, or enthusiast applications.

After 10 years of using an iMAC desktop I switched back to a PC. The HP all-in-one 27" with the AMD Ryzen 7 chip was the best out there to compare to the new iMAC. So I got it and never looked back. Win 11 is a nice change from old Windows products, easy to navigate and very efficient. The price point of the HP with 16G RAM, 1TB SSD, 27" touch screen and wireless KB and MOUSE was half the price of the equivalent iMAC. I like that the built-in camera at the top of the screen that can be fully hidden and blocked from use when not needed. Here's looking forward to life with a PC again.

So far, working well for having it for 2 weeks. Only once, the computer turned off, and we couldn't turn it back on. We are keeping an eye on it and hope it continues working well. It easy to use.

’ve been using this HP 27" all-in-one for a while now, and overall I’m really impressed. The setup was quick and straightforward, and everything works smoothly right out of the box. The display is sharp and vibrant, which makes it great for both productivity and watching videos. The touchscreen is responsive and adds a nice level of convenience. Performance-wise, the AMD Ryzen 7 processor combined with 16GB RAM handles multitasking easily—I can run multiple applications without any lag.

Simple to use, set up, takes so much less room, and very nice in black.

It's a great computer. I don't need anything fancy. I just like to check email and surf on the web. Maybe make a few documents or spreadsheets every once in a while. Which by the way this computer is not equipped with the Microsoft software. Nice size monitor and a lot of memory. It was on sale so yes, it's a great value for what I paid. I love it!

I purchased this after my old laptop perished. I love it. It easily runs Adobe InDesign. I can have InDesign and other programs open and zero lag. The screen is big and bright, and I think the color is accurate. I have also played a few Steam games on it, and it has done well for me. The only thing I might change is that the screen be tiltable. Overall, I think this was well worth the money and would buy it again in a heartbeat.

Bought this for my Mom. Works great and runs fast!
